GST Notification | Exempt foreign airlines | Reconciliation Statement | FORM GSTR 9C | Notification No.09/2020– Central Tax

The Government has vide Notification No. 09/2020– Central Tax dated 16th March, 2020 has exempted the foreign airlines to furnish the reconciliation statement in Form GSTR-9C. The notification to this effect is given below:
