The Government while recommending in 39th GST Council Meeting thorugh press release stated to provide a special procedure for taxpayers in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu consequent to merger of the two UTs. Hence, they have issued the Notification No. 10/2020 dated 23rd March, 2020 to notify the above procedures.
