SVLDRS Payment Date Extended due to Covid-19:
Amid Covid-19 conditions and fall of economy due to various factors, the government is pushing hard to assist the businesses to survive and revive the economy. The steps like stimulus relief packages, extension of due dates are taken for the welfare of the people. The CBIC and CBDT are also proactive in the providing relief to the taxpayers. Since, many due dates are extended till 30th June, 2020, the government on 14th May issued one more Notification No. 01/2020-Central Excise (N.T) to extend the due date for making the payment of tax arising due to #SVLDRS [Sabka Vishwas (Leagacy Dispute Resolutions) Schemes]. The due date has been extended till 30th June, 2020.
